Are ProBux starts tons down to the bottom.

I not use the plugin on ProBux, but I can say that the site does not pay more, there's a problem my balance was deducted a few days, but the funds did not get in my PayZa account. Not getting a response from Admin, why is this happening? Does the site begins to tons down to the bottom.
