How to report a problem with plugin - Quick info.

I have seen plenty of reports and they are stay unresolved. So fix the it, we need a detailed information. How to do that.

Site:
Plugin thread: { Link of the plugin release page }
Script type: {Aurora|GenX|NextGen|PtcEvalution|nTen|Incentive|S hiftCode|BTC|TrafficExchange|Custom}
Problem: { Modified Script|Plugin Error| Connection Error|Other}

How to get log?

1) Edit your account | Ctrl+E
2) Go to login deails
3) Check the log mode
4) Click Ok.
5) Open Builder | Ctrl + B
6) Click output
7) Now back to the main window and start the plugin.
8) You'll get few or plenty of lines about your plugin.
9) Wait till you get the problem. Once the plugin give trouble....
9) Copy them and paste them in pastie. That's your log.

Some frequently asked errors

Modified modifiedSiteScript:
Site May Be in Maintenance, else logout and restart the plugin.

Multiclicker outdated:

Download new version of Multiclicker2. This is because new version will be always better than old one due to bug fixes and stuff. So I'll push you towards it!

Connection Error:

1) Cacerts issue:
Update it from: [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
2) Your proxy sucks: Change it
3) If all this is fine and it occurs only in cacertain stage, (e.g verify page) create a log like in the step above and pm me.

Plugin error:

Simply posting this two words without any other detail such as above will surely left your report unattended. So follow the log procedure.

Bad serial key:

No matter whatever you do, if a single user got a key worked and he posted, 'thanks; working fine', your report wont be concerned. It's your matter from then. So stop posting this. Only VIP members has key deletion feature. So you can upgrade your account for small subscription and go for it. Or be careful when creating a key.
Forum admin has 99 issues and deleting your mistakes is not one of them.
