please.. update to v2.4

New lxProject 2.0 is being prepared, launch needs to be once more delayed until 22 September.
(we had to delay it due to a problem in integration of non-script features and we are having trouble synchronizing the databases - nten and gen4 are very different)

it is not yet released .. it will be updated after its officially launched
