have you selected " Generate key for 2.4 button" before making the key ? in order to generate key for MC2.4 its is important to select that option other wise it will generate a key for MC2.3 which will not work with MC2.4

if this is not the case make sure you have typed your username and website name correctly if everthing is ok from your side send a pm to Admin mentioning your clickersusername<space>siteusername<space>sitename he will delete your key than you can generate a new one
