How to use proxy with 2.5.0

I don't know if it's correct to write here my question, because I'm a new user of CLICKERS.info.
Can you help me for the configuration of Multiclicker 2.5.0 about the use of the proxy?
Everytime I try to use one of the 35K proxy in the list, the software shows me: "connecting error".
