I have a doubt 'bout Multiple Accounts

Hi forum, as I said, I have a doubt about to M.Accounts. I cracked some WiFi networks and my question (and doubt) is...

- Can I register one account per each Network? Of course, as my referral. Then this, each WiFi Network will only use for one account.

So, I want create several accounts with differents Wifi Networks and then, switching networks, do my clicks with the differents accounts (cleanning internet data before click with each account).

Is there much risk of Being banned?

If you do it properly no ... i don't see where is the problem! but NEVER login your ref account on your main ip account ... else you can be banned ... for sure ...
