Free members need to have at least 1 credit before generating a key.

I have not added credit. What is the reason?
Today, several times went to the site, but the credits - 0.

Free users(Clickers) get 1 credit every 3 hours. So, if you generate a key you'll have to wait for another 3hrs to generate another one.
