The more views you accrue and the more views your referrals accrue the more you earn.
Your points build up each week and are later converted to your balance. Points accrue from the Monday morning to Sunday night, and are added to your balance the following Friday.

you can go to "videos pages", or "library",
click a video,
click "preview",
right click the video,

You will see an option to "copy video url at current time".

This give you the option to share a link to that video so that it starts playing at a timestamp of your choosing. Allowing you to skip straight to the best bits for your viewer, guarenteeing they do not stop watching before the good stuff happens.
