ClickersMulticlicker Minimum Payout feature

Hi
I was wondering how does this feature work? I entered minimum payout values for some plugins but have not recived any messages when their balances reached those minimums.
And another thing. If a site has a minimum of $1.5 than how should I enter this value? With "." or ","? In US I belive people use "." for decimal but for example in Poland we use ",".

Kindly use "." , if minimum payout is 1.5 Kindly enter "1.5" .
