I have a similar problem. I bought VIP status yesterday, and for a while it was working fine. Then I changed my registered forum email address, and suddenly I was back to being a regular user. I'm not even sure if it was the change of email that caused me to go back to being a regular user. My VIP status doesn't expire until 22nd March, and I have tried to get hold of the admin via both PM and email, and have heard nothing. Can someone else help me, or perhaps tell me why I've been demoted? Thanks.
